Ensconced, engraved, escutcheon

They say that people who own cats live longer... well I say that people who own cats generally have unmade beds!

Strider has settled in well as have we. We’re keeping him indoors for awhile longer although he has had a couple of walks in the garden attached to a harness!! It won’t be long before he can go wild again! His identity tag arrived in the post this week... I think we like it more than he does!

We’re very lucky to have an amazing landscape at the back of our house with views of the local fell. The view from the front overlooks the local primary school and church graveyard! I had better spend more time in the company of Strider... so I don’t get to see the view of our house from the other side of the road sooner than I would like!
